Doves raiding food in the coop

My chickens have a coop that opens onto a run. During the day, a big flock of doves go into the coop and eat all the food. How do I deal with this?
 
Besides completely enclosing the run, you can try curtain flaps on the chicken door. I made mine out of an old shower curtain liner.
