Downward tail pullet breed?

Hello chicken friends! We hatched some eggs we got off eBay and there were several breeds represented. She is 14 weeks old and her tail feathers have always grown and stay downward. She looks Easter egger with her fluffy checks and she hatched out of a light green egg. I just haven’t seen this type of tail and would love to hear your thoughts.

Her tail doesn't have anything to do with breed.
So its probably just something she was born with.
