Doxycycline 20% powder dose

Hi all I’m using a doxycycline 20% powder for one of my hens who’s in really bad shape. Super lethargic and comb is turning purple. I’ll attach a link to what I’m using. How can I convert the dosage into just a single dose I can put on a piece of bread which is the only thing she’s eating right now.

Hi our girl is still not right. She’s been molting for a few weeks her comb is of course shrinking but also slightly purple and flopping. She is starting to breath heavy / mouth breathe. Won’t eat much and is visibly mouth breathing after eating. What should we do? We ran a 7 day course of doxycycline but nothing improved
