Dr. Oz on Eggs

Woke up to Dr Oz on the TV. The segment happened to be about eggs.
Then I went online and searched Dr Oz Eggs Chickens. Many clips showed up and I started watching.
He is very educational, in my opinion. I was getting so overwhelmed with information that I wanted to share his insight with the BYC.

I used to watch Dr. Oz. I always found him to be informative. I never bought into the hoopla about eggs being unhealthy. If it's a natural food item than the body evolved to eat it. Everything natural in moderation.
