Starry Night nuzzled Devon again. She stretched her neck over the stall door, trying to nibble at his withers. "It's alright, Devon. I forgive you. Just...don't forget me when you visit all your other mares."

"I don't know. Just try to remember all of us. Did I tell you I love you yet?" Starry Night had her head resting on Devon's withers.
Carole had opened the door that led to the stable aisle, and was now resting her head on the plank that sat atop the half-door. She watched the massive white stud and the mysterious black mare interact with a small smile on her face.

"I love you too." He whispered.
 
"Ugh, quit that." Fergus' eyes were dancing around in his head from watching his mate. "You're making me dizzy." Flowers danced gracefully after her dam. "You're not helping, Flowers."
Winona slid to a stop. "Life is so hard, ain't it?" She asked teasingly, and resumed her bounding and leaping.

Starry Night nickered softly and bumped Devon's head with hers. Withdrawing her head, she walked a small circle in the stall, returning to Devon after a few laps. Her eyes looked worried. "I'm...I'm stuck in here!"

Sensing her discomfort, Caroel I clipped the cross ties and let Starry night out into the pasture.
