So drafts are bad for chicks, but are fans OK? My brooder is in my garage and the temp is still at 88. I have a fan blowing on them. Are drafts just a concern with cool temps?

Also, my chicks are 2 weeks old. Them lows here allegedly are in the low 70s, though I don't think I've seen that on my thermometer. The highs are in the low 90s. I kept them in the house today so I could try to regulate the temperature (shhh... don't tell my hubby). So at 2 weeks I should be shooting for 80 degrees. Do I need to keep them inside or are temps (within reason) higher than the guidelines OK?
