Laguna frowned and looked around suspiciously. She stomped away toward a huge structure made of compact ash and coal. A flame burned at the top of the spire. Going up the stairs, she yelled, "This time we're gonna expose you smoke-breathers once and for all!" She added a snort of steam at the end for emphasis.
 
“Uhh I don’t think you should address him like” it was cut short by the sight of flames in front of their faces. “ I AM VULCANUS, Leader of the Flame, why are you here”

Okay back to roleplay.

Laguna flinched. Oops. But she had to keep her guard up. "I am Laguna, citizen of Tidepool Village. We have come to ask, with respect, if you have been causing major droughts to our village."

Manipulate light/shadow
Appearance (color and markings):
Silvery blue scales with a darker blue grey underbelly, darker blue grey horns, and blue eyes. Silver crystal-like scales around the eyes and on the shoulders.
Personality:
Shy and not used to being social/being around other dragons. Feels terrible about how her powers affect people, and tries really hard to radiate happy thoughts instead of sad thoughts, with varying results.
Short backstory:
Has lived alone in the forest for as long as she could remember. Rarely sees other dragons, never starts interactions, and has never seen another moon dragon. Has a pet ocelot.
Any character(s) they are in love with or related to that you’d like others to play:

Maybe y'all could come across her in the forest? I need to catch up on RP, though.

Perfect. Accepted! There's a forest w/ a cave on the border of Flame and Nightshade Village, just outside of the area of the four villages. That should work. I will be available to roleplay later today maybe, or probably tomorrow. :)
 
Opal was closer to the villages than she usually was. She had gone out in the early morning to catch clams, and had gotten held up by some quicksand on her way. She noticed one of the blue dragons looking in her direction and froze, vehemently hoping that they hadn't seen her.
 
The shimmer dissapeared. "Must've just been the wind," she muttered to herself. "What was that, Laguna of Tidepool?" Vulcanus asked. "Nothing, nothing," Laguna replied quickly.
