*the humans unwrapped her tail, the injury there, a skinning injury, had mostly healed over. Her smaller injuries were fine as well so they were left unwrapped. Then they unwrapped the bandages around her eyes. One of them had healed just fine, gut the other still had a raw gash that still needed to be medicated. So they did that before putting a patch over that eye. They measured her tail feathers and tail tip for a prosthetic.*

Daggertail looked on, he didn’t think it was very serious, till he saw the healed over injuries and changed his mind.

“ took off some bandages, checked your injuries, treated the gash on your eye, and made ya look like what my brothers trainer called a pirate” he ended with a chuckle
