Drake feather at 8 weeks?

Willard and Wilma, my 2 pekins, are just around 8 weeks old at my best guess. Is this the start of a drake feather? One of them has it and the other doesn't. Their voices haven't changed much so I can't tell that way yet.

Man it's hard to get them alone to talk... made my kids mad so they wouldn't help me. Willard and Wilma like being picked up so they dont talk that way. I was able to get a clip of Willard talking but I cant get it to attach.
