Drake Jail...need advice

I see a lot of people saying the drakes can usually come out of jail in September. Mine is still impossible. Constantly picking on two of them. Will he calm down soon? Does weather have anything to do with that or is it time of year?

Mine has finally settled down and is acting respectable again, end of august, most of the girls molted he chilled out, been a couple weeks now. I even got a little bow out of him yesterday when I cleaned out their house.

Lucky! Mine is rotten still! He’s driving all of us (ducks and humans) completely bananas. I’ll hold out hope that he will soon chill out as well.
