Drake limping

Not sure what to do. He's been limping for a while. No sign of bumblefoot that I can tell, it's hard to catch him. You can see it's HIS left leg by the way he favors it.

Male ducks are heavy and clumsy. I would guess he sprained or strained it. It can take months sometimes for legs problems to heal up. As long as there's no obvious wounds or breaks I would leave him be. Ducks are made for swimming, not necessarily for walking well.

Pekin get heavy..A meat Duck really and not bred as pets..Possible bumble foot?...Vitamin deficiency?...many causes?

What do you feed?....Basically they need a Maintainance feed or a finisher....

I feed them an organic non gmo feed. The 4 ducks and 1 chicken get a quart of food in the am and a quart in the evening.

Make sure to encourage lots of swim time so he can build strength without the weight of his body!

They have a pool available to swim in all day and 2 pools in the summer.
