This is Charlie.. I purchased Charlie a cpl weeks ago. My Muscovy ducks are free range, but do get locked up in coop over night. He is getting bullied by our other drake, so we try to give them time apart free ranging as well As locking them up separately at night with a few hens each. This pic is his poop from this morning. His bestie is broody in the pen and when I let the others out, they generally have a large projectile poop immediately (I assume avoiding going in the pen?). I found this to be quite small and the colour very off? Besides the free ranging goodies they eat, I have a layers mash feed, mixed with additional cracked corn and oyster shell they all eat. On a side note, I noticed yesterday a few sores on his back (possibly cause from the other drake?- chocolate drake show in a pic keeping a close eye on Charlie 😔) and he’s also had what I believe may be foamy eye?
Please help! I’ve included pics of the sores and the issue that occasional happens with his eye (not consistent) as well. Any advice in regards to anything mentioned in this post is more than welcomed! 😊

I love that last picture.
It may just be from the stress of the other drake or something he ate. Since you feed corn that could be the color. Seems anything we feed them greens corn watermelon etc makes their poop that color.
The eye maybe from him not dunking his head and cleaning his eyes out good. Do you provide buckets etc for head dunking?
Add some ACV to the buckets 1 Tab per gallon of water it's not strong enough to sting but ACV can help kill any bacteria that might also be causing his eye to foam. This is called foamy eye.
As for keeping 2 Muscovy drakes. I can very much speak to this I have had as many as 4 and they never could live close. Thankfully I was able to section off their property so each drake had his own space with his own females. And inside their coop, the boys had their own stalls with covers so everyone could sleep at night without fighting. I love Muscovy they are my fav breed but man those drakes love to fight.

I find it odd that there are two groups of wild [feral] muscovy on retention ponds near where I live. Both groups consist of 3 full grown, handsome males and one small, beautiful female. Both females are out foraging while the drakes are lazing in the sun. But they all seem to get on OK. Do the drakes fight secretly at night?!!! The photos are of the three drakes in one group. The female was out foraging too far away to photograph with my phone. She was a cute, busy little girl
