I got these guys at tsc about 3 weeks ago and the one on the left has a really loud squeek (in other words his squeek has gotten louder as he got older) the other one is kinda quiet he don't say much. He'll squeek every now and then but he's not as loud as the other one
The females are very out going and loud! They are the ones that sound like a duck noise. Like a real QUACK! The makes kinda have a scratchy noise that they make. It's really easy to tell them apart. The females will sometimes (when older) quack about five times in a row when excited or trying to get your attention. Like quack, quack, quack. Hope I helped!
That's what my previous hen would do it would be like she was yelling at me. Like a really loud "QUACK!!" I miss her.. that duckling on the left it is starting to quack. The poor thing sounds like its going through puberty when it tries to get loud. It sounds hoarse. I hope they are a pair. Got my fingers crossed
I certainly sounds like you have a pair! Yes, the males always sound like they're going thru puberty, very low, and that never changes. The females are very mouthy and can pop your eardrums if they really get going. The male just continues with that low, sexy voice. Good for you, and congrats!
