So... I have a wonderful drake and three hens. I will notice when I will play with my ducks(they like to nibble on my pants) if one of the girls comes up to nibble he will bite them. I have some clues to this, but other then puberty or just wanting to play with me I am clueless. Do any of you guys know what this could be? Thanks for the help!
 
That sounds good. He is the leader of the bunch and has always had that in him. He does nibble on my fingers and I know I HAVE to make him stop, but I love when he does it. I will just have to tell myself there are other ways for my ducks to show me love!

Yes...Shake his Bill and get him moving away from you. Drakes are dominant and then comes a Hen..The others are followers..time for some lessons before he matures.

Ok thanks!!! I needed that!!! Sometimes you need someone to tell you you have to stop even tho you know you need to stop letting him do his stuff. It is so cool that all your ducks do not that to you. Well thanks!!!

I don't love up my Ducks but they still waddle around behind me and come when called..I make sure mine keep a respectable distance..Even Mother Ducks once they wean them teach them distance and respect..:frow
