He's was limping. When I examined his foot, it looked like his toe bone was broken. Also noticed his nails are quite long. This duck lives outside, so I'm not sure they're longer than they should be.
Should I cut the nails? Should I do anything about that tiny bone?

If it has a broken toe, I'm afraid there is nothing you can do but let it heal on its own.

Ducks have naturally long and sharp nails to ward of predators, but if they are curling downwards it could inhibit walking. I guess I would have to see how long they are to give a definitive answer.

Hope this helped a little bit!
