drawn out hatch

my first hatch in my new little giant incubator and turner,no fan still air,was due to hatch wed/thur(a mix of coturnix and georgia giant quail and chicken eggs) all set in order to hatch on the same day the first chicken egg pipped tue before I removed them from the turner then finally came out about mid day thur along with 5 other chickens now fri. 1 quail has hatched the humidity is statying around 80 the temp around 100......is this normal and what could be causing this.
