Dream coop (at least it is for my chicks!)

I already posted pics of my coop on here but the run wasn't finished and we hadn't added the awesome sand yet! So here it is again.

This is the chicken door so they can free range when we are home

We put sand in the low spots so its not muddy, contemplating putting it in the whole run.

Our rock path to the coop, went to the creek and dug up rocks!

Every time we get up the chickens steal our seats!

And that's our chicken coop! Now I can't wait till they start laying us some eggs!!

Also what is sweet PDZ used for?

I love your coop & run! How does the door that they can use to free range when you're not home work?

I've read that sweet PDZ can be used to keep down bugs, particularly flies I believe, and helps with odors. I may try some eventually.

Also what is sweet PDZ used for?

You put it in a "poop box" under their roost. It is supposed to be for horse stalls. I use it. I love it. Although, I haven't tried anything else. I just scoop my poop every day and then sift it every week or two.

Is the stuff called DE used for the same purpose?

I think so, but I think the sweet PDZ does more with odors too.
