I like starting seeds indoors but it’s soooo much work lol and my dad wants to just buy started plants this year. I kind of agree especially when I make like 30 or 60 or whatever plants and then only use or need like 5 and toss or accidentally kill the rest

I only start my tomatoes and cucumbers now. I used to do a lot of trays back in the day. Now I'm too lazy or old. Take your pick of the two.

I started tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, so much lol I even started squash but they never germinated.

I'm up way too early because my ever-alert dogs could hear a coyote singing in the dark at 2:30, and they wanted me to hear it, too. I did my normal half-asleep, half-dressed run out into the night, yelling and clapping to scare off the soloist. By the time the excitement was over, going back to sleep was impossible.

At least, it's above freezing so the meager overnight rain didn't ice up the ramp and send me spiraling down toward the walkway.

Starting plants indoors is always an exercise in futility for me. I carefully nurture those tiny seeds until they sprout -- then kill every one within the next few weeks. I admire anyone who can raise them long enough to get them into the ground.

same here, I never get the light right.
my sprouts are like long spindly hair.
or else, short spindly hair.
My daughter sprouts hundreds of seeds.
then she sells started plants. I get my starts from her.heaven knows, that is one talent that I did not teach her.
we have coyotes in the neighborhood, but I never hear them. I guess i'd have to go outside after dark.
we took our car in to have the hatch back latch replaced. they needed more parts besides the ones they ordered.
by the time it would be all finished, it would have been $600.oo .. we told them, no thanks.. the car has over 200 thousand miles on it. I asked them to just fix it so that the latch didn't catch and I will rig up a bungy cord to hold it shut.. so, they did.. even gave us a bungy cord.
