Dressing duckling food

When I got my ducklings, I remembered their need for niacin and asked about it to the lady giving them to me. She recommended nutritional yeast dressed over their food. I didn't think to ask how much, so I have been just putting a layer on top. But how do I know each duckling is getting enough? How much exactly should four ducklings be getting?. I should've asked more in depth questions, but didn't think of it in the moment. And I want to be sure they aren't lacking.

Also, they are pekins. Which I know may need more due to their rapid growth, I'd assume?

1 Tablespoon to each cup of feed. Of course we need pictures of the littles

It won't hurt them to have more what they don't need they will pee out. NY is kind of pricey though.

This is the best that I could get I got them all out and put them in a shallow bin for a photo shoot and absolutely none wanted to cooperate the cute blanket was tossed to the side. Lol. They are cuties though. But growing SO fast!
