Drilled bucket feeders

Anyone familiar with the feeders that require drilling hole in a bucket and installing a hooded tube to give access?

I have one that I use for oyster shell. They look easy to make but I bought mine from Muddy Hill Farm because they are local to me and I think they are a good company.
