Drinking Milk

Without the natural live enzymes that is found in raw milk chickens are lactose intolerant. Cheeses, yogurts and kefirs etc have changed the lactose so they have no difficulty digesting those items.

I seem to have less stomach problems when I drink the raw milk. I have tried pastuerizing it but don't like it as well as the raw..yes, I know it shouldn't taste any different. ha ha

We always had goat's milk on my grandma's farm in PA when I was growing up. We kids would pick berries every morning and gram would wash them and put them in the fridge and then at the end of the day we would have berries with goat's milk over them before bed. Yum!!

They cannot digest pasturized milk.Even organic. It is all pasturized. All milk at the store is pasturized.

Find someone milking goats or a cow. In all but 2 states (I think) it is illegal to sell raw milk except for use for other animals.

I am hoping to be able to dry my eggshells in the sun rather than in the oven. I have a few drying racks.
