Put a private property sign and a huge fence across that area... I have signs for cameras..Basically if somebody does something I don't like that I have on tape (honking, littering) then the cops will give them a ticket... Beware of dog is a good sign too. Buy a large German shepard to scare people off.

Aww no fun. I hate it when you've seeded and watched so long for those crazy flowers to bloom and then poof!
Seriously, any chance of putting up even a 2 string barbed wire fence using tposts. You can engineer it where there is a section that the Ruitans can open up for their parking use, and then put the barbed wire back, not too difficult.
A relatively inexpensive quick fix until you can afford a more permanent solution. Then again you might be suprised how much that tiny barbed wire fence keeps people out. Maybe plant some paulonia trees along the edge or something. Sometimes you can find inexpensive pine saplings or something quick growing like that.

$10 at least - that will make them think twice - however on your other problems - the wildflowers being mowed down - talk to the people responsible and tell them thanks but never do that again. As for the kids - put a sign out there - something that will scare away kids...........like......BEWARE of the Dog! Warning trespassers will be prosecuted. If they are little kids you need to take them to their parents and give their parents a what for. I hope some of these ideas help since my only other suggestion is to move.
but...
What about a low voltage electric fence? I highly doubt anyone would mess with an electrified fence. And if they do
SOOOO cheap. At Lowe's: $22 for the box, $15 for one strand of wire, $8 for 10 "warning electric fence" signs, $2 a post placed 6-8 feet apart... you do the rest of the math, but I am certain it would be VERY CHEAP and VERY EFFECTIVE. MY best guess would be about a hundred bucks and you would only have to turn it on when you need it. Also, electric fence is very easy to put up and take down whenever you want to.
P.S. this type of fencing wouldn't take away from the look of your property... the posts are very small and the wire is thin. You would be hard pressed to see it from a distance... thats why there are signs to go with it.
Good luck and try not to get a wedgy in your BGPs.
