Drooling, diarreah, soft eggs now listless.

I have a rhode island red - pipers. About one month ago she developed an open wound on her belly; it seems to have healed. SInce then, she has been losing feathers around her scalp, seems to have dropped weight decreased egglaying (during which time her shells became so fragile they would break in the laying box). For two days she has had liquid and yolky type diarrhea -no odor to it though.

When I came home today, she would not leave the coop for 'play time' in the yard- very unusual!
