Hey y'all
I started a thread about this a couple weeks ago but I can't find it and I don't know how to look for Threads I started and someone can please tell me that would definitely help in the future. The problem I am having as I have a mixed batch of checks I got from Tractor Supply about 3 weeks ago I got to welsummers three Rhode Island Blues and 2 amberlinks... I've had them on a Manna Pro medicated chick starter which I had to put in the blender mind you sew the pieces would be small enough for them to eat. About a week ago maybe I'll be back in a few days I noticed one of the amberlinks kind of had its head tucked in and I would see it closing its eyes here and there but it wouldn't eat and drink and run around for treats when I throw them in there, but in the past five days she's gotten way worse in her growth has been definitely stunted all the other ones are bigger than her, I had her on zyfend but since it's all natural it didn't do anything I finally bought the $20 bottle of corid three days ago and I've been putting it in the water and yesterday and today I actually filled up a syringe with 1/4 of a teaspoon and drenched her, she doesn't look that much better today maybe the slightest... does it usually take a few days?? Thank you for any advice you can give me

Here's a link to your other thread.

Post photos of the chick, it's poop and of the housing.

Zyfend is not a treatment for Coccidiosis.

In case you need it - Liquid Corid dosage is 2 teaspoons per gallon of water and Powdered Corid is 1 1/2 teaspoons per gallon of water. Make the mixed water the only water that the birds drink for 5-7 days.

Don't give any extra vitamins/electrolytes during the treatment period.

Look forward to your photos.

I stopped all vitamins and everything about a week ago and I've been giving just corid for 2 days and I drenched the chick once a day so far twice and I have it in the water also

She's half the size of what she supposed to be her feathers are growing in funny and she just huddles and keeps her eyes closed and then goes and eats drinks and then goes back I've been giving her corid for about two days and I haven't noticed her getting any worse I don't really know what to do she's been like this for over a week almost two weeks now I thought for sure she would have died already, I don't know whether to cull her or not... I also have corid in the drinking water for all the others and her as well and I just took them off medicated feed so I'm wondering if it's even that
