Droopy bottom...?

My year old Minorca seems to have what looks like a droopy, saggy bottom, the area where her feathers are around her vet seems to droop - not the feathers but her bottom. I thought she had an egg stuck in there and did a little "exploration" but found nothing and she has been laying regularly. Also, the feathers around her vent are missing. Otherwise, she seems normal in every other way. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Hmm. Any signs of mites (such as white specks of mite droppings around vent)? Mites could make her pull out her feathers around vent. Maybe a minor form of something related to prolapsed uterus? I'm just making wild guesses.
I hope others can contribute knowledgeable ideas.
