Is this guy still okey or shrink wrap?

this little guy has externally pipped and they have been at work this big opening the shell but i could see the membrane on him, i can see some blood vessels not really sure what to
make out of it, Will he be okey? i guess he needs more time to absorb if im correct?

If you can see veins it is not yet hatch time. As long as its beak is free it should be ok to wait and see if it can hatch on its own.

Thank you, He definitely keeps trying like he wants to come out. around him the membrane looks wet but if i look deeper its white. Hope thats normal. ill have to wait and see, i dont wanna open the incubator at all
