I have a chicken that is 3 years old. We found her a week ago lethargic and in a corner in the coop. She is alert not very active, eats and drinks but stands and walks funny. I have felt her belly and searched her vent for an egg but don't feel anything. She hasn't laid since we found her this way. We have done warm soaks with massage, yogurt for calcium, 2cc of B12 each day, sprinkled DE sparingly on her food, used chick saver probiotics and electrolyte and dusted for mites or lice. Her poop is small but looks normal. I'm attaching a couple of pics in hopes that it might help. Does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong or might make her feel better.
I'm new to the forum and this is my first post.

She might be egg bound. It’s an easy fix once you get the hang of it, she is a beautiful chicken. Answer these and I might know what’s wrong:
- How old is she?
- Does she lay eggs?
- How long have you had her?
- What food do you feed her?

I was going to mention (but thought it was irrelevant. Perhaps not) that RSL occasionally drop dead around 2-3. We’ve bred them for a purpose, and a RSL is a typical battery hen. They are trash to the egg companies by two.
It could be something else entirely, so keep looking. DE now won’t kill an overload of worms, and Coccidiosis can happen in adults too.

Here is a poop pic. Sorry it got stepped on
