I could use some help please! I have a 3 year old Gold Sex Link hen who has been droopy for a week now. We noticed her comb looked shrunken first. Then we thought egg bound so my daughter gave her an Epsom salt bath and dried her well so she wouldn't be cold but there was no change and she was passing stool. My daughter's 4H leader gave us "fish mox" to try and she had it for 2 doses over 2 days and it turned into what was obvious sour crop. Gurgling, smelly, soft/squishy feeling crop. So we kept her off feed for 12/24hrs but she has dropped so much weight I'm scared we're going to lose her. We did 2 days of clotrimazole cream 2x a day but it didn't seem to be helping so switched to miconazole cream yesterday. Her crop feels somewhat better but I don't think it's resolved. I've offered her scrambled egg, with a touch of plain Greek yogurt for probiotics. She sort of eats it but seems more thirsty than anything. Her stool is liquid but normal in color. Brown with white cast caught on a towel this morning (see pic). I have had her in a quiet spot in the house away from the flock for 3 days now. I don't know when she last laid an egg (more than 3 days that she's been inside).

Am I doing the right thing? Is there something I'm missing or should be doing different?

High production hens at 3 years old may sometimes suffer from reproductive disorders. That may intern cause to a slow emptying crop which can lead to impacted or sour crop. If you notice yellow urates in her droppings, that is another symptom of reproductive disorder which include cancer, egg yolk peritonitis, salpingitis, or water belly. I would give her a human calcium citrate with d 3 tablet orally, follow the sour crop treatment.
