Droopy Tail/lethargic hen

One of my 4 hens is lethargic today, droopy tail, sitting around a lot. She's still eating some and her tail has perked up a few times throughout the day. I know it's a sign of egg-binding but this particular hen won't ever let me touch her. Any advice on how I could help from a distance since tub soaking and abdomen massages aren't an option?

Hi there! I'm afraid there isn't much your can do with out touching her, you could try getting her to eat some calcium, crushed up tums.

It could also be something like egg yolk peritonitis, does her abdomen look bloated? Is she waddling a bit when she walks?
