Droopy wing and insane heat

Yesterday when I checked on my ladies Metchkin had a limp wing that she seemingly can’t move at all. I’ve never had a wing injury like this and I have no idea what it might be and how to help her. She doesn’t flap it like she’ll still flap the other one. When I checked to feel for a broken bone she wouldn’t resist at all, but she would pull and try to get away if I touched her “healthy” wing at all to try and compare.
I suspect she might also be molting. She seems alert but weak. She eats, but very little.
Should I bind the wing? Or just keep an eye on it? Is there anything I should do to help her manage pain?
Another caveat I have is where I am we’re having an extreme heat weather warning and I’m worried about how binding her wing would affect her self regulating. I could wrap it and continue to keep her inside, but then I worry about reintroduction to both the heat and the flock.
I would greatly appreciate some guidance, it seems like every decision is wrong and I just don’t know what to do

Could she have been injured by another chicken or flown into something? Is there any broken skin along the wing? I think her drooping wing could be left alone as long as she is not stepping on it. Is she walking okay? Others may have more advice.

She can definitely still move and will walk around and try and get away, but she’s also lying down more than usual for sure. I can’t feel any break in the skin or the bone myself so I was suspecting more of a spring or dislocation?
