droopy wing feathers that hang down

Never seen feathers like this on my ducks before. Have only had ducks about a year now so I'm definitely still pretty new to ducks. Ive got a few ducks that have wing feathers, or feathers near the wings, that are long and hang low. Is this normal? The pictures are kind of grainy, had to zoom in with my phone and they were on the move.

It didn't look like it to me either, but wasn't sure. Almost looks like the saddle feathers that a rooster has along its back. Never seen this in my ducks before.
 
That’s good. Didn’t see these longer feathers in most of the ducks so I got paranoid. As you can see in the pictures only 1 or 2 ducks in each picture have it.
Once they go through an actual hard molt they should look better after that..Cute Ducks!:frow
