Hello, noticed one of my roosters, about 3 months, had a droopy wing. Checked and noticed swelling in the shape of a cyst but large right at joint. Is this an injury or a sign of sickness? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there..do you think you could get a picture of the area and post it.
Could it be swollen from an injury?

Hi @nickz

I agree with @KikisGirls can you take him to a vet?

A smell or odor would be an indication of infection. I do see green as well on the skin - is that some kind of ointment you put on him? If not that could be bruising or possibly dead/dying skin.

You may want to separate him or cage him separately so he doesn't get picked on.
See that he is staying hydrated and eating.

Let us know how he's doing.
