Droopy wings, dirty belly feathers

Ok, I need some help. I have an 11 week old EE pullet that I got almost 4 weeks ago. About 3 days after I brought her home, with 3 others the same age, I noticed her belly feathers were rather dirty. I checked her for paste butt, but her vent was clear and clean with no discharge or smell. So I attributed the dirtiness to her sleeping on the floor. No biggie. A few days later, her feathers were worse - crunchy and matted to the extent of being pointy and firm - and I noticed her wings were drooping. So I bathed her in warm water with a small amount of dawn then blow dried her and put her back out but added a waterer of probiotics for everyone in addition to clean water. That was 5 days ago. Today, she's back to being dirty, wings are still droopy, and she seems of balance in uneven terrain. I bathed her again, dried her with a towel and put her in a hospital coop with a warning lamp, minimal bedding, food, and water with electrolytes. She doesn't seem to be laboring to breathe, but she mostly just stands around with her head tucked in. Her crop is empty, despite watching her free range this morning and seeing her peck thru the chick crumble in the hospital coop. Her poop is a light brown and watery (she was kind enough to share a small sample while I was drying her today), almost the same color as the chick crumble. I'm at a loss for what's wrong and what to do. Needless to say, she's my favorite bird so I'm desperate to help her. Advice?

Do you know if she was vaccinated for Mareks disease? I would try to gather some of her fresh droppings and take them to a vet to get a fecal test for worms and coccidiosis, and a gram stain for bacteria and enteritis. Her feathers look a bit funny. Have you tried to place her on a low roost each evening to get her roosting?

I would probably go ahead and treat her for coccidiosis and worm her, but it would be good to know results of the fecal tests. Valbazen 1/2 ml orally, and repeated in 10 days is a good worm found online or in a few feed stores. SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer is also good, and dosage is 1/4 ml per pound given orally for 5 consecutive days. It is found at most feed stores and online. Corid is easy to use for treatment of possible coccidiosis, and dosage is 2 tsp (10 ml) per gallon of water for 5-7 days as the only water source. It is safe to use on the other chickens.

I know she knows how to roost and where the bars are, I've seen her do it. In fact she was the first one to test them when we put them in. I don't have a vet in my area that deals with chickens, sadly, si that's out. But I'll get the wormer and try that first. She's the only one of 8 birds that's acting like this, so I'm confused what it could be.
