What feed have you been feeding him? Also what treats/extra foods has he been receiving if any? Does he live indoor or out? Is he confined to any smaller spaces for extended periods of time?

he eats starter chick crumbs mixed with corn and he loves that as a treat he gets mealworms or fruit/veg he use to be outdoors all day and sleep inside at night and now he lives outdoors full time and he has alot of space to run around all day at night he still has a decent amount of space as its a large enclosure

Do you know what brand the chick crumb is? How much corn are you mixing in and how many treats average would you say he gets in a day?

no i dont know the brand without checking but its not medicated im doing half chick crumbs and half corn and they get mealworms usually everyday or every other day and fruit/veg every week i dont think the problem is to do with the food though just because the other 2 ducks are having the same food i forgot to mention he was also the bigger duckling out of him and his brother but then he slowed down in growing and he became the smaller one not sure if thats related

It is most likely the food. Many chick crumbles do not have the correct nutrients for ducklings then by cutting his feed in half with corn you are taking away most of the nutrients. The bigger the duckling the more important the vitamin content of their food is especially vitamins like niacin that are crucial for proper development.
