Drop-on Ivermectin Question

Natalie - thank you SO much for the info. I was confused about whether or not to use the needle, and I see that you do - being careful not to poke the chicken or yourself! I sent you a PM earlier, please ignore it.

I'm happy you, Glenda and others weighed in. Y'all are the greatest.

Thanks again,
Penny

Because of the small amount in the egg, I haven't yet worried - BUT I still throw them away (or feed back to the birds cooked if they need it) because of the thought of worms sloughing out.

Ohhhh yes, and don't poke yourself with the ivermectin needle as I did the last time. And do wear gloves. I didn't last time, and both myself and my boyfriend both got a good bantam's size dose on us. /sigh

Thank you, Penny. It's my pleasure, and I'm sure Glenda feels the same.

Oh yeah and of course I poked myself with the needle last time. But that was because my nosey horses decided to come into the aisle of the barn while I was treating, and then decide which of them was boss - RIGHT near me. Serves me right as I know they are unable to keep their horsey noses out of my business.
