Dropped Air Cells

I have hatched eggs with dropped air cells before. I have some geese eggs that were shipped and the air cells didn't appear to be dropped at first. I am 2/3 way through the incubation and I can see that they are dropped a lot. Anyone have any experience with this and know what the chances are of them hatching successfully. Thanks!

Are you referring to detached air cells? I know this is very common with shipped hatching eggs as they get shuffled around a little too much during shipping. I don't have any experience with shipped eggs as I hatch from my own supply of fertilized eggs, but I have had a few with detached air cells. Some have made it and some have not. Don't give up on them just yet. For future reference, I have read that you need to let shipped eggs rest for about 24-48 hours with fat end up to help the air cell settle back into a normal position if they have become detached. Perhaps someone with more experience could be of help though.
