Dropped Buttonquail chick

This is my first time raising Buttonquail and 3 days ago we got our first 3 chicks hatched. Yesterday I was holding one of the chicks and he jumped out of my hand and landed on the hardwood floor. Since then he seems a little disoriented and his legs just sprawl out. He can still walk but it's like he's doesn't know where his legs are. He was the strongest of the three and now just isn't. Is this something they will recover from or should I be worried about him dying over the next few days?

Welcome to BYC, and sorry for the circumstances. Try feeding the baby from a small cup or bowl. Sugar 1 tsp per cup of water or electrolytes and water are good. Wet some quail chick feed and offer it. Keep it warm innyour shirt or under a heat lamp. If you can keep the chick hydrated and fed, it might have a chance of recovery. It could have a head injury or internal injuries.
