dropped fertile eggs

i accidentally dropped 3 eggs today the eggs are due to hatch any day now, however will my chicks and ducklings be ok after the fall. i can still hear them chirping hope they don t die

You don't say how damaged the shell is, but if they are due any day now and you still hear chirping I would put them back into the incubator and keep the humidity at 65-70% so they don't dry out if the membranes are torn or broken.
