Those chicks show Classic signs of coccidia. They need Corid ASAP. The ones not drinking need Corid water dribbled in their mouth a drop at a time.

Birds can be overwhelmed by cocci without seeing blood in feces. There are 9 types of cocci that chickens can get, only one or two types of the protozoa cause blood in feces.
Bleach water will not eliminate cocci, ammonia water will. If you use ammonia water to disinfect everything, be cautious of the fumes with the chicks and yourself.

Yes it seems like they are the water bottle is refilled 2 times a day. woke to find 1 dead and 1 looking very much like its not gonna be here long. At this rate I don't see having any left within 2 weeks.

How much Corid are you using. If they are all drinking you should see big improvement in 24 hours.

I'm using the powder If my wife did the drug calculation correct,I'm positive she did, it came 4 teaspoons per gallon I think . She is the smart one I'm just a worked bee.

The dosage for powder Corid is 1.5 teaspoons per gallon of water. You aren't giving them vitamins are you?

no vitamins just the corid, I was giving the ones that looked droopy winged some by mouth with a medicine dropper. Down to 19 from 29.hoping the corid starts to work tomorrow will be 24 hour mark.
