still need help - little bird seems to have weak wings as she is not holding them close to her body - any ideas ??

How old is the bird? What temp are they in? Could she be hot or does it appear she is ill? Sorry, we would need more info to help. Any info you can provide will be helpful in figuring out if something is wrong.
