Drunk Chicken

I have a chicken that I found in my coop last night. I watched it and when it tries to stand up it falls backwards. But its drinking water and eating. I dont know what to do.. Its sleeping on my bed right now. I had an emu that did the same thing its very weird.

Hi...
I had one that when it first hatched it did that for 3 or 4 days. It would stretch her neck straight up and fall over backwards. She is now 3 weeks old. She doesnt do it anymore but she is even smaller than my banty babies. She holds her own though.

Also she is the one I had to help hatch out. Her membrane was drying out and she couldnt get out.
