I saw this sign in front of a convenience store:

GOOD FOOD
LOW PRICES
DRUNK CHICKENS

Okay, someone said that drunk chickens means they're cooked in wine or something. Does anyone know? I still think it's funny, anyway.

HAHAHAHA! I have never seen that

: but I would have been on the floor laughing.

I would believe that it was beer/wine/alcohol marinated chicken though

My dad makes 'drunk chicken' sometimes on the BBQ pit. I believe it is a carcass with an (open) beer can inside, the moisture from the evaporating beer makes the meat very tender and juicy.

I've never seen a drunk chicken, but I have seen a drunk porcupine...I had a friend who had a porcupine as a pet who somehow got ahold of a can of Milwaukee's Best during a party...very hilarious!

Drunk chicken is so popular, they make a wire rack now that holds the can and the chicken to put in your grill or the oven. Without the rack, you open the beer, stuff it up the chickens butt (after he`s butchered of course) then set it on the grill, You usually have to cut the tail off to get it to sit right.
