Dry ACV?

Has anyone used Dry ACV powder? It's on sale at My Pet Chicken and is really inexpensive.

I got an email from them yesterday and I was wondering the same thing. I can not get ACV with the mother anywhere locally. Shipping powder would be less than a gallon of liquid in my opinion.
