One of my babies has a dry lower back. She squeals when I pick her up to look at it.
It is not lamp burn.
Should I be worried?

I dont think it's anything to worry about, maybe fluff hasnt grown in yet. As long as the chick is eating, drinking and running around like a chick should, everything is fine.
Chicks usually scream when you pick them up, if they didnt, I'd suspect something is amiss.
