Dry hatch humidity.......

No matter what the humidity is throughout, as long as the proper weight has been lost, one still needs to kick it up substantially before pipping to prevent shrink wrapping. Dry hatching doesn't mean leaving the incubator without water at hatch time.

I’m asking what should it be kicked up to on day 18
 
As high as you can get it but not high enough that there is condensation.
