Dry Hatch questions..

    I am getting ready to do my first run on my DIY wine fridge incubator. I am wodering what humidiity % levels the dry hatch method is? During a trial run on incubating i can get about 30-40% During the hatch part ( i use a different tray with sponges) i can get the humidity up to about 60-70%

    Should be good. My dry hatch before the hatching part is usually around 25.

    I am dry hatching. but I am not using any reader. before day 18 on this batch, I had some humidity in the begining. but when I would open bator I could feel humidity just from the eggs, so now at lockdown I put water in bator. some people wait until the internal pip. I have hatched with water all the way through before, but I have better luck with less water. my bator is small though here is looking inside, the bowl is for safety, not water, and 15w on a 8''x9'' box.[​IMG]
    I do have a lid for box.
