Dry hatching

I found that during incubation keeping it more closed than open retained heat. As the chick grows it will need more oxygen so by day 18 increasing humidity help them hatch so I thought more oxygen might be better. As they start to pip they need more oxygen so that's when I open it all the way. It's a balance between retaining heat and allowing the chicks to breathe.
