I set 14 chicken eggs in a Genesis incubator Saturday afternoon. It had been maintaining a steady 55% humidity & 99.5 degrees prior to eggs. After adding eggs it stablized at 47% & 99.4 according to the onboard digital read out. I put another thermometer/hygrometer in there when I added the eggs - it read 54% & 100.1. But today the Genesis readout says 29% humidity & 99.5. (extra sensor says 21% & 100 degrees). The dry incubation sticky says to candle in Day 7 and add water if low (25%). Should I wait until Day 7 or add water now?

Edited to add: the room humidity is 50%.
