dry incubators I have a question

Oh shoot it jumped to 70 when I filled the reservoirs I will see what it levels out to. I'm having a hard time getting the temp up now. It was at 100-101 (still air) when I was able to put the thermometer on top of the eggs in the turner but with the turner taken out and the thermometer on the bottom it's saying 95ish

70 is fine don't panic. As too your temp can place the thermometer on top of the eggs now? If it's on the bottom of the incubator it will be cooler because it's still air. Still air should always be measured at the top of the eggs. Moving it to the top shoukd give you a higher reading.

The extra thermometer I have in there is about 2 1/2" wide by 6 "long if I lay that on top of the eggs will it bother the hatching?
