What is the dry plucker for, saving feathers?

This machine is mainly intended for plucking the birds with out having to scald them first, you achive a much better meat quality. The Kosher process also prohibits the birds to be scalded. Saving the feathers is another use for this machines, you can pluck the down and place ot in a bag and then do the rest.

WOW! I must admit did not expect that any machine could do duch a good job dry plucking so fast without tearing skin (including the worker's fingers which were right in there).
No one to my knowledge likes the smell of wet feathers and this totally looks like a great solution for that.
